Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 flour tortillas 6 inches
  • 2 cups lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup onion diced
  • ½ cup pickles chopped
  • ¾ cup cherry tomatoes quartered
Big Mac Sauce
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by browning your ground turkey in a skillet with a touch of oil and garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, make the Big Mac sauce by combining Greek yogurt, mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Lay out your tortillas and fill them with seasoned ground turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheddar, pickles, and onions.
  4. Drizzle with your homemade Big Mac sauce.
